The franchisee will attend an initial 5-day training programme at Creative Hub HQ in Devon, and covers the operational, business and marketing aspects of running a successful franchise. A dedicated support team will then assist through the first three months with access to one-to-one calls, conference calls, training videos, full access to the brand's Treasure Trove which is packed with business and marketing templates to help with launch and development. After that, the support team will be there with regular support calls, regular connect calls, themed webinars and regional meetings.
