Countrywide Signs is an estate and letting agents board contractor, responsible for the set-up and maintenance of ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ signs across the UK.
The franchisee’s business will provide the vital role of erecting, changing and retrieving estate agent sign boards in their local territory, as well as offering commercial signs to local businesses. A choice of size and investment levels is available to the new franchisee: owner-operator with a one-van territory; a multi-van business with a two-van territory or a management franchise with a four-van territory.

The training package includes 3 days of practical training at a regional branch, and a 2-day introduction to the signage business and daily administration skills. This will be followed by a 1-day unit setup session at the company's national sales office. As part of the franchise package, the franchisee will also get a budget and cash-flow tutorial, health and safety training, plus a full day of learning how to use our accounting system. After this, three days are dedicated to sales and marketing training in the franchisee's territory. A further day of on-site training is organised once things are up and running.
Support includes online management tools and a personal branded website. The management team will always be there to help. Each new franchisee (whether green field territory or resale) will receive tailored launch marketing. Regional meetings are facilitated and encouraged.
