A dedicated onboarding manager works with the franchisee from their initial start-up and throughout their first year in running the business to act as mentor, sounding board and business coach – that extra helping hand to help find premises, develop the business plan, employ a care manager, register with the relevant regulatory body, and more. The franchise support centre combines a central team and a field-based team designed to give critical business support throughout the business lifecycle, from finance, business systems, IT, marketing and PR to field-based business development and quality assurance support. The Bluebird Care marketing team support franchisees to best establish a local brand awareness and equip franchisees to manage their public relationships with key stakeholders, both offline and online.
