Training and support
All franchisees receive in-depth training in order to run the business smoothly, as well as a Franchisee Manual. A dedicated franchise manager will be on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide support and guidance, conduct monthly franchisee webinars, and visit the new franchisee every month for the first 3 months, then every 3 months after that. Franchisees also have access to suppliers in marketing, training, insurance and software, as well as branded products (uniforms, signs, etc.). They also benefit from sales and marketing support, recruitment support and business support.
