The Belvoir franchisee will deal with enquiries and leads whilst generating new business with thorough competitor research and development initiatives. They will also arrange appraisals, inventories and viewings for properties, and recruit staff.

Franchisees receive a 3-week training course at the Central Office in Grantham, where they will learn how we operate their business and understand what it is that will make them stand out from your competition. It will also set them on their way to a BTEC Level 2 accreditation. Additional training is available throughout the year after that.

• Help with sourcing, leasing and fitting out premises
