A 5-day induction course at the Autosmart head office will give the franchisee basic product and sales skills, as well as an insight into the marketplace. But to really give the franchisee’s business a kick-start, Autosmart allocate them a Regional Business Manager (RBM) who is a sales coach and trusted business advisor and will provide the franchisee with tailor-made field support.
