Training and support
Ableworld will help the franchisee in finding the right premises, in the fitout of the store and in recruiting the team. Initial training span eight weeks and is available for up to two people. The franchisee will receive an operations manual, till manual, marketing manual, accounts manual, and a purchasing guide, as well as van livery and other marketing collateral. A dedicated project manager will liaise with the franchisee to ensure a smooth opening. An area support manager will regularly visit the store to help with ongoing training, brand adherence, coaching, and marketing support.
