Slurp is the UK's first dirty soda shop, and it's growing fast. Founded in Birmingham in September 2025 by Ronja, who spotted the trend taking off in the US while on maternity leave, Slurp has gone from one store to three in its first year, with a fourth opening in Shoreditch, London. Customers build their own drinks, share them on social, and come back for the next seasonal drop. We're now offering a small number of franchise partners the chance to join at the start of a brand-new category.

Our mission: to become the UK's first nationally recognised dirty soda brand, redefining how people experience soft drinks through creativity, innovation and community.

The Concept

A trend-led drinks brand built around highly customisable dirty sodas, alongside speciality matchas, coffees, seasonal hot drinks, sundaes, ice creams and a small dessert range. Franchisees get a first-mover brand, a low-cost and low-complexity operating model, and a menu that keeps customers engaged through regular seasonal drops. Full training, a detailed operations manual and centrally managed marketing are included.

The Investment

• Franchise fee: £20,000 + VAT
• Unit setup cost: From £35,000 + VAT (small concept store) and upwards
• Working capital: None required, based on the performance of existing stores

• Ongoing fees: £1,500 + VAT per month, covering management and marketing
• Design package: Approx. £3,000, agreed separately from the franchise fee

Training & Support

• Initial training for two people, included in the franchise fee (£250 per day for additional training)

Your Territory

Exclusive territory, typically a 3-mile radius from the store address, though some cities may have room for more than one site, so exclusivity isn't guaranteed everywhere. Initial 10-year term with a review at year 5, and a right to renew subject to compliance and performance.

Marketing & Social Media

Brand and social media are managed centrally by the franchisor to protect consistency across sites, so franchisees do not run their own local accounts. National marketing is handled by the franchisor, and local marketing is not required of the franchisee.
