ÜRTH Coffee is a premium lifestyle brand founded in June 2025 in Halifax, West Yorkshire, by a team with healthcare backgrounds who identified a gap for a well-designed, independent coffee shop that could genuinely function as a third place. Not a chain. Not a dark roast takeaway window. Somewhere you'd actually want to sit, work, meet people, or just be…that also happened to serve great coffee.

The concept brings together exclusive heirloom organic coffee roasting, health-conscious cuisine and artisan bakery, and boutique reformer Pilates in calm, design-led spaces built for daily use. Revenue comes from four streams: coffee and drinks, fresh food and bakery, Pilates memberships and classes, and events.
