Helen first came across the brand seven years before launching, fell in love with the brand, the culture, and the people, but the timing wasn't right personally at that point. She revisited several years later, found the brand still as compelling, and didn't seriously look at any other franchises before signing.

As a busy working mum, she had bought into the housekeeping-cleaning industry as a customer first, and recognised a niche for a premium, high-end provider distinct from the budget end of the market. Eighteen months in, Helen has three teams on the road and is hiring for a Senior Team Leader plus admin support, with plans to double the business in 2024. New premises are large enough to scale into; she has one car on the road with another planned by end of year.
