Kiss my Glass window cleaning has been quietly proving it’s business model and viability over the last 8 years around the historic city of York.

Started, built and expanded by Kiss my Glass window cleaning founder Natasha and her hand picked team, the brand was never going to remain just a local one - it was always destined to become a national, household name, but as with the great architecture of Rome, it wasn’t built in a day.

After an initial one weeks training at KmG HQ, you will be ready, focused and motivated to get out there and work your exclusive geographic territory.

You will receive comprehensive initial training on all/any of the skills required and continued support with additional/refresher training as and when you require it.

The Investment

The total cost is £22,000 (there is no vat on this figure currently - but this may change…)

This is made up of £12,000 franchise fee and £10,000 equipment set up costs.

(A low rate, government backed loan is available to qualifying applicants through a third party).

• Additional ongoing business costs - White van with necessary payload (usually Lease or HP)
• 10% Royalty fee - payed monthly on invoiced jobs
• Own business/van insurances, dedicated Scheduling App.

What Equipment Does the 10k Buy?

This pays for all the equipment to get you started. Included but not limited to:

• Either a van mounted delivery system and static filtration system or,
• Full van mounted filtration system
• A range of lightweight poles/brushes
• Hose reel/s depending on req no of operatives.
• On-site spares and repairs kit
• Presence on central website
• Kick start stationary/Flyers
• Uniform/workwear
• Fitted Van signage
• Ladders
