About This Video
This Extra Help annual conference highlights video captures the brand's UK home help franchisee network gathering for training, awards and community.
The annual Extra Help conference is one of three structured franchisee gathering events the brand runs each year. The other two are the 2-day onboarding training each new franchisee completes when joining the network, and the every-6-month all-franchisees training gathering covered in the brand's Q&A asset. The annual conference adds an awards element: recognising franchisee performance, growth and customer-service standards across the network.
Extra Help Ltd. is a UK home help franchise (distinct from personal care). Services span meal preparation, shopping, companionship and the daily-living-support work that keeps ageing customers in their own homes longer. Founder Claire Robinson positions the brand-network culture around 'family': peer-to-peer franchisee support inside a private Facebook group throughout the working week, plus the in-person gatherings the conference and biannual training represent. With 17 franchisees distributed across UK territories, the conference offers genuine peer-network depth at a manageable scale.
The conference visualises the in-person community a prospective partner joins on signing: annual gatherings, training depth, peer recognition and a Business Support Manager who supports new partners through their early-stage journey.
