Redleif Care is now franchising its Homecare Business arm with territories available across the UK. Melissa Parfitt, CEO of Redleif Care, has always been committed to quality standards in both business ethos and ethics and care service provision to customers. With this in mind, and to ensure Redleif Care provide franchises that meet quality standards, Redleif Care has formed a partnership working with the British Franchise Association to ensure everything is in line with their quality benchmarks and standards.

All new Redleif Care franchises will be provided with the following:

• 14 day one to one formal training and consultation with the Redleif Care owners and Senior Management Team
• Help with CQC Registration
• Launch Plan

• Guidance on office set up and office staff recruitment.

The Franchise Investment

To purchase a Redleif Care franchise, the fee is £32,500 and there is an expectation that you will draw down £75,00 from your banks or financial lenders.

As providing care in someone’s own home is the care provision of choice for self-funding customers and government commissioning teams, banks look very favourably in lending for this business model, as there is a year on year increase in the customer base.

We would expect a break-even position by 12 months. This however is governed by individual business performance in regard to how quick you get to market with a customer-base and a team of care workers to meet individual needs.
