ActionCOACH was awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction based on positive feedback from franchise partners in September 2015. Smith Henderson surveyed 71% of ActionCOACH franchisees confidentially. All 29 questions were rated higher than the firm's franchise-satisfaction industry benchmark for the third consecutive year — a sustained pattern of franchisee approval rather than a single-year outlier.
