We’re looking for Sourcing Associates; independent, ambitious individuals who can identify business owners considering an exit and introduce them to our experienced acquisitions team. You don’t need M&A experience because we’ll train you. You bring the network, the hustle, and the drive.

What is a Sourcing Associate?

A Sourcing Associate is the link between business owners thinking about selling and our internal team who handle valuation, negotiation, and acquisition.

Your role:

• Speak to owners of established businesses (£500k–£10m turnover)
• Build referral networks with accountants, advisers & solicitors
• Identify genuine opportunities and make introductions
• Process all Peach Head office generated leads.
• Benefit from Peach Capital internal lead generation and national marketing
• Let Peach Capital take it from there

(Peach also guarnatees to pass at least 6 active seller leads (generated at Head Office) to franchisees each month. Pre-qualified as active business sellers. We have an over supply of business seller leads and need our Sourcing Associates to take on and service these lead.)

Earnings Potential

Sourcing fees are paid upon successful completion of a deal you’ve introduced.

Depending on deal size, your earnings can be:

• £8,000–£40,000+ per deal
• Optional performance bonuses
• Equity route: benefit from long-term ownership upside
• Average deal commision value £20,000
• Target 4-6 deals in Year 1: £80k-£160k average
• Target 8-10 deals Year 2: £160k-£200k average

There’s no cap on how much you can earn. Build a full-time income or build a team under you.

Replace your income within 6 months, and be in the top 5% earners in the UK in 12 months.

In addition to commission payments franchisees have a choice to split some payments into equity in these acquisitions and exit with Peach Capital in the future. Thus building a multi million pound business portfolio for the franchisee.
