ERA Group : Pritesh Patel Built a Family ERA Group Practice Since 2006

This ERA Group video features franchisee Pritesh Patel, who has run an ERA consulting practice since January 2006 and built it into a family business. He joined relatively young and inexperienced, and says the opportunity ERA presented has kept him enthused and continually learning about business and finessing his skills. He now runs a consulting practice with his wife and six other staff — a tough but very rewarding business where, he says, you get out what you put in, and the hardest part is finding the right people, because a strong team makes a business owner's life far easier. Patel credits the ERA network — the sales team and key account managers — as fantastic, and says the business has grown to levels he never thought possible. His ambition now is to expand internationally, taking on more international projects and growing in two key markets: the USA and the UK. His core advice is that business is fundamentally about relationships and engaging with customers the right way — the businesses that crack that are the ones that succeed. What he values most is recognition for the hard work behind each project, and the lifestyle ERA has enabled: financial independence and the freedom to travel with his wife and consider retiring early.
