The Opportunity

As a Shapes & Sizes franchise partner, you'll build relationships with ambitious business owners, identify businesses with franchise potential and introduce them to the Shapes & Sizes franchise development system.

You won't be starting from scratch. You'll operate under the Shapes & Sizes brand with access to our established processes, franchise expertise, CRM, training programme, sales methodology, marketing resources and ongoing support.

Once a new brand is onboarded, the wider Shapes & Sizes team supports the franchise development process, allowing you to concentrate on what matters most: building relationships, creating opportunities and growing your business.

Multiple Ways to Generate Income

The Shapes & Sizes model is built around three core activities:

1. Brand Development: identify successful independent businesses with the potential to franchise and bring suitable brands into the Shapes & Sizes system.

2. Franchise Sales: help our growing portfolio of brands identify, qualify and progress prospective franchisees.

3. Ongoing Relationships: build valuable long-term relationships with franchisors and franchisees as their networks grow.

Your Primary Marketing Area

Every Shapes & Sizes franchise partner is allocated a defined Primary Marketing Area in which to establish their presence, develop relationships and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

However, your opportunity isn't necessarily restricted to that area. Franchise partners can also develop opportunities and provide services to suitable businesses throughout the UK, subject to the Shapes & Sizes operating framework.

This gives you a clearly defined local market to develop while retaining the opportunity to build relationships and generate business on a much wider scale.

You're Building Your Own Client Base

Shapes & Sizes provides the brand, training, methodology, systems and ongoing support, but this is your business.

Successful franchise partners will proactively identify prospective clients, develop business relationships, network, undertake structured outreach and create their own pipeline of businesses that could benefit from franchising.

We don't promise a stream of leads from day one. Instead, we'll teach you how to find opportunities, approach business owners, start conversations, qualify prospects and convert those opportunities into paying clients.

No previous franchise experience is required. Our programme is designed to teach you the Shapes & Sizes system and give you the tools, knowledge and confidence to build your business.
