A new product collection is launched each spring-summer and fall-winter. Founded by Daniel Swarovski, a Bohemian jeweller, in 1895 to make crystal accessible to more people, the Swarovski Group now comprises Swarovski Optik, Tyrolit and the Swarovski Crystal Business.




Swarovski franchisees are called Retail Partners. They are independent while representing the brand. A Swarovski Retail Partner will have a business mind, some experience in retail and be enthusiastic about crystal, jewellery and decoration. There are two ways to become a Retail Partner: the monobrand retail format, a shop dedicated only to Swarovski products, between 35 and 50 m2 - 375-540 sq ft) and the multibrand retail format, which are shop in shop concepts that only feature selected products.

Swarovski supports its franchisees by providing well rounded training to create an in-depth understanding of the brand and the company’s values. Training experts from within the company are used to help new franchisees find their feet. Training uses a blend of e-learning, classroom training and self-learning.
Support is also provided to the new franchisee through strong promotional tools, visual merchandise, marketing and administration.

Swarovski has been engaging in responsible production and started creating their own diamonds, avoiding mining. The Swarovski Foundation also supports many environmental projects and organisations such as: the Nature Conservancy, the Jane Goodall Institute, the Blue Marine Foundation, the Sustainable Ocean Alliance, and more. The group strives to align itself with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
