The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years old. Back in 1976, the founder created a programme that would not only help children develop physically, but also intellectually, emotionally and socially. Training and support
The franchisee will participate in an 8-day long training session at The Little Gym International in Scottsdale, Arizona training facility; they also complete a week-long internship where they can practice their skills in a fully operational gym. Prior to opening, the new owner will learn the brand’s online training system which provides the tools they need to train their team and develop their skills. Once the gym is open, the franchisor will continue to help the business owner grow through regional and local training sessions that offer them and their team fresh innovative ideas and methods to operate the gym. A Business Consultant will be appointed to each new franchisee to guide them through the whole process including finance, real estate, training and marketing. They will visit the gym annually for an extensive facility review and hands-on guidance and the support will continue throughout the franchise contract.
