Training and support
The franchisee will receive 9 days of thorough, comprehensive and effective training. After that, regular training and development 1-day workshops are available roughly every 8 weeks. Full ongoing support is also given from the head office as well as fellow franchisees. The Master Franchisor for the UK, Ray King, is regularly in contact with the franchisees.
