Training and support
Unit Franchise Partners have to attend five office-based training sessions. They usually attend three more sessions during the first two weeks of trading to make sure they’re comfortable with operations. Jan-Pro also offers external training courses.A Regional Partner will regularly visit and give advice to the franchisees. Quarterly meetings will be held to review the franchise’s performance and there will be opportunities to meet and chat to other franchisees. Support is also offered in various domains such as: client relationships, quality control, inspections and customer support, as well as staffing, HR, window cleaning, carpet, scrubbing, etc.

The company has an ISO-14001 accreditation and the products used are environmentally-friendly.
