Buffalo Grill is a chain of fast food restaurants that first opened in 1980 in France. The concept was to bring an American-style ranch restaurant to France. The venture was a success and soon after the first franchised Buffalo Grill opened. The franchise now has a network of 335 restaurants in four countries.
