Our first Vaporized franchise opened in Jan 2014 and since then we have gone on to open another 4 over the last 2 years. From the initial enquires, through shop set ups and marketing the level of support, training and help that Vaporized has given us over these years is, in my opinion, a key reason for our success. Being part of such a strong, customer focused brand gives us a head start against other retailers and allows us to offer products and services that many other companies in the industry can’t, and the aftercare that Vaporized helps us to provide helps us to keep customer retention high. I would certainly have no issue recommending the Vaporized platform to others who are interested in joining the e-cig industry

Working with Vaporized to grow our chain of stores has been very easy. They have a fantastic support network which was able to provide us with the help and expertise, from marketing plans to product information, which helped us grow from one to four locations in a very short period of time.
