About Us

Founder and Director, Michael Brook, explains the company’s origins:

“In 1999, having been passionate about training people and their development for many years, I decided to set up the kind of training company I wanted to be trained by. My chosen career was sales and management, and this is the cornerstone of the training we do: Advanced Sales Training, Leadership & Management Training and High Performance Coaching. To date we have enjoyed a very successful business journey and I have now decided that the route to scale up and expand the business is through franchising.”

The Business

Professional Excellence trains people and organisations in world class sales development through our unique programme called Advanced Sales Development System™. This is a modular training programme using advanced development technologies. ASDS provides sales professionals and anyone who needs to influence with the tools and behavioural flexibility to be highly effective.

Professional Excellence also trains leadership and management to people and their organisations through Advanced Management Development System™. AMDS is a flexible modular programme for managers at all levels in any sector.
