The annual gathering, held at prestigious Ettington Park Hotel near Stratford-Upon-Avon, brought together the leading property search partners network of 27 franchisees and their head office team for an insightful day of future planning and discussion.
Presentations were made by owners Lynne, Dave and Christian Lister, alongside members of the management board and franchisees. Hot on the agenda were the company’s latest investments in IT and digital products designed to further streamline the conveyancing process. Plenty of opportunities were also provided for franchisees to ask questions, share regional insights and network with their peers.

Our strength as a company has always been the personal service we deliver at a local level to our clients and the on-going support we provide for our franchisees.
It’s been a busy year for X-Press Legal Services, supporting franchisees and providing more and more products and services to help them grow their businesses including changes in legislation, stamp duty and compliance. The company has invested over £300k this year alone in developing new products to meet the demands of the industry. This month, it has launched Quotation Management Platform – QMP – a secure cloud-based platform offering bespoke client onboarding and case tracking through collaborative transactions.
The annual roadshow is just one of the ways the X-Press franchise network stays connected. As a close-knit group, franchisees regularly meet up for training, roadshows, CPD and charity events, as well as taking part in online webinars and regular peer group sessions.
Many of the franchisees have been with the company since it franchised in 2005, but they are also pleased to have welcomed new franchisees, as well as some of their existing franchisees extending their territories.
