Right at Home Celebrates Two Outstanding Ratings from the Care Quality Commission
Right at Home Havant and District and Right at Home Solent have both received Outstanding ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Right at Home’s network of 57 home care franchises is the most highly rated national homecare agency on the UK’s leading independent review site with a 9.8/10 rating. In its CQC report, Right at Home Havant and District, which is owned by Duncan Cameron, noted that "there was consistent, excellent feedback from everyone we spoke to about the leadership of the service including the provider and registered manager.” Right at Home Solent – which covers Southampton, Fareham and Gosport – is owned and managed by Kev and Amy Popat. The inspection was Kev and Amy’s first, and the CQC report praised their team saying: “This service is rated as Outstanding because of the extensive evidence of exceptional care and staff going the extra mile to put people at the forefront of all the service hoped to achieve. The feedback from people and relatives was consistently positive and exceptional and it was clear there was a person-centred culture.”
Autosmart Named UK’s Best Van-Based Franchise 2018
Autosmart, the UK’s leading supplier of vehicle cleaning products to the trade, scooped the Best Van-Based Franchise at the Best Franchise Awards held at the Marriott hotel in Leicester this week. Autosmart were shortlisted on the results of the WorkBuzz Franchisee Satisfaction Survey. A panel of judges then named the automotive franchise the best van-based franchise for 2018. The franchise was awarded the honour thanks to the prime support the company provides its franchise owners throughout all stages of their business and how the company contributes to the wider franchise industry and local community.
