"We started the business in 1993 as a standalone consultancy practice and over the years, we have grown to be a reasonably big sized organization, without being too big. We currently have approximately 3 offices spread across 13 different countries."
"In terms of what we do, we go into client organisations and look at their indirect overhead supply cost. We look at identifying savings over a two-year period. Whatever we save the client, we share those savings on a 50-50 basis with the client."
"For example, if you save your client 50,000, your fee is 25,000. If you save them 100,000, your fee is 50,000. If you save them 200,000, your fee is 100,000 and so on. So it can be quite lucrative relative to the amount of time that goes into the work because you’re working on a percentage of the savings rather than a flat daily rate."
