Stagecoach Performing Arts Franchise

No. 24 of the UK's Top 100

A franchisee or Principal will oversee a team of teachers delivering Stagecoach's fun and engaging singing, dance and acting classes for students aged between 4 and 18. The classes are designed to be fun and engaging, while also providing students with the skills and confidence to perform on stage.

The Principal should be present for every Stagecoach session to ensure that every aspect of a school runs smoothly, creatively and is financially viable, but they won’t teach.

The minimum investment to open a Stagecoach school is £9,000 with a total investment ranging from £28,000 to £45,000. In addition to the financial rewards, there are many other benefits to becoming a Stagecoach franchisee. You will be part of a successful and supportive team, and you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people.

Before opening the school, the Principal will receive a 5-day training course at the company's Head Office in Walton-on-Thames where they will learn more about the Stagecoach business model, lesson and term structure, marketing, classroom management, child protection, Stagecoach's ethos, culture and brand personality. A dedicated Regional Franchise Manager will be there to help set up the business, and on the first day of term. The Principal will also receive a marketing toolkit, customised to their own area while the Marketing team will give ongoing support during the full franchise contract period. The Events and Education Teams will give advice and guidance about creative content. Regular group training meetings/conferences are held throughout the year.
