Training and support
The new franchisee will attend a three-day New Club Essentials Training covering pre-opening membership sales, local area marketing, community engagement, hiring staff, and how to use all of the brand's proprietary business tools and platforms. The franchisor’s real estate team will work with the franchisee to secure the right location and the design team will fit the premises out. The Brand Performance Specialist team will provide a six-week pre-opening activation plan to support the franchisee towards their club’s grand opening. Marketing plans are reviewed quarterly. A dedicated Franchise Account Manager will be on call for support and an annual convention and other franchisee events are scheduled throughout the contract term.
