Training and support
A pre-training programme is provided before attending the initial residential training programme held at Sandler HQ in Baltimore, MD. Sandler's fast track launch programme is designed to assist the franchisee to generate client income within 90 days following their opening date.Ongoing in-territory support from UK headquarters is combined with guidance from fellow franchisees. Also, an ongoing active personal development programme with conferences is held every two months; three in the UK and three in the USA.
