The franchisee will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring a consistent quality of service, grow the business, recruit their employees and train them, co-operate with other franchisees, etc. Each new franchisee receives an exclusive territory and they can buy others if they wish to.

Training and support
A five-week training is offered to franchisees where they will learn all they need to know about fire and flood restoration, but also about managing the business, admin, software, invoicing, generating sales leads and converting them, etc. Rainbow will supply franchisees with all the equipment and consumables needed to start, as well as a liveried vehicle. They will also benefit from the expertise and advice of an experienced marketing team from Head Office for the launch and to get new customers; a Marketing Tool Kit is offered for launch. For the first 100 days of trading, the new franchisee will benefit from an intensive support programme. After that, they can benefit from refresher courses and more support.
