As a Papa John's franchisee, you'll operate a store offering a variety of pizzas and side dishes, known for their high-quality ingredients and great taste. If you're interested in becoming a Papa John's franchisee, you'll need to have a minimum investment of £100,000. The total investment required to open a Papa John's store ranges from £185,000 to £225,000.
A six-week management training programme is provided at Papa John's international training centre in Milton Keynes as well as at a store local to the franchisee's location. Further training courses are offered to franchisees and their team members on an ongoing basis, both classroom and internet-based.
Extensive and continuous support from a dedicated franchise business manager and the campus staff in Milton Keynes will assist with recruiting and training new staff, marketing, product control, pricing and other operational areas.
