Training and support
A pre-study pack with a 10-day head office training programme is followed by in-depth interaction with the Merry Maids’ franchise development team and assistance from an established franchise owner. Company instructors with real-world, home-cleaning franchise experience teach the Merry Maids’ method of hiring, training, marketing, selling, scheduling and cleaning. At the start of the Merry Maids franchise journey, the new franchisee will meet with the Franchise Support Team who will assist them with their franchise investment and guide them through the process of becoming a Merry Maids business owner. The Leicester-based support team also includes staff that can advise on marketing, HR and staff matters, IT, products and equipment, health and safety, finance and accounting and business development… The initial franchise fee includes the equipment, supplies and exclusive Merry Maids products to equip up to four cleaning teams of 2 people each.
