Lizarran Tapas Selectas is a franchise of traditional Spanish Tapas restaurants, that was first opened in 1988 in Sitges a small town near to Barcelona. Since then it has franchised to 250 restaurants that specialise in Spanish tapas and has expanded to 15 countries.
