De Keurslager is a franchise of butchers who differentiate themselves by setting high standards on the quality of their individual stores. The first of these butchers opened in 1946 and had enough demand to implement a franchising system soon after. There are now 500 members of the De Keurslager brand throughout the Netherlands.
