The brand offers something for everyone: creative cones, unique cakes, speciality desserts, frozen beverages and take-home treats. They also cater for food intolerance, with dairy-free, fat-free, light or no added sugar products. In the UK, the franchisor is exclusively seeking experienced and well-capitalised multi-unit operators, looking to open a minimum of 10 units over time.

The franchisee receives a 3-week training comprising technical training in store as well as classroom training, followed by Online Learning Management System and Mentoring and Skill Building.

The franchisor will help with store location and purchase as well as set up. The Baskin-Robbins head office team is there for support and advice throughout the term of the franchise agreement. They also coordinate quarterly franchisee meetings where owners can network and share best practices with other franchisees and the brand team. National marketing is combined with local campaigns and integrates traditional marketing with new media for maximum impact. A comprehensive suite of promotional materials is also offered to use for the franchisee's own local store marketing efforts.
