The Auditel franchisee will attend a residential training course hosted by specialist trainers, mentors and business coaches, who are existing consultants and expert practitioners. Skills include:

• Acquiring clients
• Auditing and analysing service usage
• Using bespoke training and business analysis tools
• Negotiating new services with suppliers
• Presenting and implementing recommendations
• Developing a strong client relationship

After training, Auditel's ongoing Mentoring Programme will help build the business, with 1-to-1 support (sales and marketing, technical cost groups, etc.), a start-up marketing collateral pack, corporate and personal websites, accounting package, CRM and much more. Many tools will be on hand and Auditel provides 78 days of training in any one year. Regional meetings and an annual national conference are also organised.
