We have been using Scamps and Champs for the past few months for our new puppy. The service is very easy to use. Terms conditions etc are emailed and visits can be booked via email. The service is very reliable and flexible and can accommodate changes at very short notice. Both my husband and I have observed that our puppy is very happy with his puppy lady from Scamps and Champs and we have observed that he is always very happy to see her on the days that we have been at home for her visit. We did think that we would just use the service while he was a puppy but have decided to continue long term as it works so well and gives us reassurance while we work. We always come home to a happy dog which is brilliant.

They have gone out of their way to find a boarder for me at the last minute and each border I have used has had a warm and friendly home for me to leave my dog… She has always settled with them and I have had contact with them for reassurance. I have been using Scamps and Champs dog walking service for almost a year now. Lesley is very professional and friendly, and if my usual dog walker is not available she always ensures that a replacement is available. I spend my days walking dogs and visiting cats whilst owners are at work, and I now have a team of people who are able to home board animals or house sit when owners are away, which are proving to be popular alternatives to kennels.
