These prestigious awards are part of the biggest survey of employee opinion with more than 180,000 employees across 868 companies contributing to this year’s findings. Select was one of only a handful of other recruitment organisations to make it into the list and jumped a massive 42 places up the list from last year, which is a phenomenal achievement.
Although renowned for finding jobs for people and people for jobs, Select know that their people are their greatest asset. Employees at Select trust their senior managers, knowing that they truly live the values of the company, scoring this question 77% positive. Chief Executive Officer, Diane Martyn, is pleased that employees feel so strongly about the ‘Select Family’. It’s a real team effort at Select with employees caring about their colleagues – scoring this question 84% positive. They have fun with their workmates (83%) and feel that they make a valuable contribution to the success of the company (80%).
