Antal receive international recognition with an award from Ernst and Young.
For 25 years, Ernst and Young have awarded what has become the world's most prestigious business recognition for entrepreneurs. Hundreds of successful companies demonstrating exceptional determination, foresight and inspiration and overcoming many challenges were considered for this year’s award.
19 finalists were chosen and Tony Goodwin, Chairman and Founder of Antal International was amongst the final winners recognized for building a service business on the international stage in unusually challenging markets, where few if any recruitment businesses had gone before.
Tony's edge in winning was due to establishing Antal in the rapidly developing economies including Eastern Europe/Russia, China, Africa and India and also by attracting and building a strong, motivated Antal team with a 'can do' spirit that exists to this day.
The Ernst & Young award is THE premiere entrepreneurial award given worldwide and is sure to give Antal additional global notoriety. Tony accepted the award on behalf of the franchise and wholly owned offices organisations, calling it 'something they too owned'.
