One such new scheme is aimed at encouraging staff engagement and the first training course held in January has received such positive feedback that two further courses are already subscribed.
Key staff members from production centres across the Country attended franchise Head Quarters in Norwich for 2 days of varied training from sales and marketing skills to health and safety and training on the latest new materials available in the market place.
The training programme follows a series of regional events for franchisees where external specialists were commissioned to provide wide ranging sales training techniques.
Managing Director Craig Brown said, “The course provided us with an invaluable opportunity to spend time with some key members of staff from our production centres across the Country. We have often arranged regional meeting and training events for our franchisees but this was the first course specifically aimed at their staff and we are delighted with the feedback we have received.”

The Signs Express centres involved in the first training session were: Lancaster, Newcastle, Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Southampton and Derby.
