“We decided to open a second store in Bristol to ensure Papa John’s pizza is available to the whole area,” explains Hitesh Patel. “The new store is close to the highly populated town centre and the brand awareness created by having two shops will be really beneficial. It also means during busy periods we can continue to guarantee great delivery times as we have double the capacity to serve up our top quality pizza!
“It’s been hard work to get three stores up and running in such a short space of time,” continues Hitesh Patel. “However, it’s also been great fun. You learn a lot about yourself in terms of your strengths and weaknesses. That’s why it’s great to work with my good friend and business partner Harry Singh, as we can be responsible for different tasks and always get the job done.

“Papa John’s staff have been really supportive to help us open our three stores. Next year will see us building sales through increased marketing and continuing to offer great service and great pizza to our growing customer base,” confirms Hitesh Patel. “Our aim is to open even more Papa John’s in the future so watch this space!”
