Papa John’s is now offering customers the ultimate pizza and movie package by launching a new partnership with Tesco’s movie and TV service blinkbox.
“Customers taking part in ‘blinkbox Movie Mondays’, which offers a selection of movies for just 99p every week, will also receive an offer from the pizza company,” explains Andrew Gallagher, marketing director for Papa John’s UK. “Pizza and films have long been a popular combination, and we recognise that extras are often a deciding factor when choosing a takeaway meal, alongside strong value offers.
“With this in mind, we decided to participate in blinkbox Movie Mondays to help make the start of the week a little more bearable for everyone and to remind everyone that pizza need not be just for the weekend.
“At Papa John’s we pride ourselves on the philosophy that has made our pizza famous around the world, which is to provide our customers with better ingredients for a better pizza,” continues Gallagher. “Papa John’s has recently been voted the UK’s number one pizza delivery service, so it seems only right that we would partner with the UK’s leading movie streaming service to offer them together for a better night in.”
blinkbox marketing and sales director Kate Simon adds: “blinkbox Movie Mondays is one of our most popular offers of the week, with a selection of great movies available to rent for just 99p. We are delighted to be working with Papa John’s to provide an even better movie experience and great value.”
