Managing Director of Paw Pals, Susie Cooke, says, “Our aim is to help Hearing Dogs to become a name as recognised and familiar as other assistance dog charities, like Guide Dogs for the Blind. These dogs are just so important to their deaf recipients; they change peoples’ lives and become life-long companions.”
The charity is unfortunately unable to attend the London Pet Show this year, so Paw Pals asked them if they could promote the charity for them on their own stand.
Susie says, “Anyone visiting the London Pet Show can come and see us at our Paw Pals stand to donate to and find out more about Hearing Dogs. We can hopefully raise a few pennies and hand out information about the charity to anyone interested.
“I have also signed up to a 27 mile sponsored trek in the Peak District later in the year for the charity, so it would be wonderful to get some donations and support for that from the London Pet Show visitors!”
Paw Pals are exhibiting at the London Pet Show on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May 2015 in the Dog Zone on stand D949.
