NBC Bird and Pest Solutions, a celebrated Franchisor, winning Best Recruitment Literature Award at the Franchise Marketing Awards 2008, will be appearing on Channel Five on Monday the 21st April.
NBC Bird and Pest Solutions, a celebrated Franchisor, winning Best Recruitment Literature Award at the Franchise Marketing Awards 2008, will be appearing on Channel Five on Monday the 21st April. The program entitled ‘How Do They Do It?’ and co-produced by Wag TV and Rocket Surgery Productions, is part of a series that explores how ordinary objects are made and used. The episode featuring NBC takes an in-depth look into falconry as a method of bird control with their Operations Manager, Gary Butcher.
Filming at the Port of Ipswich, presenter Robert Llewellyn, probably best known for presenting Scrapheap Challenge and as Kryten in Red Dwarf, took a hands-on approach to the show, attempting to fly one of NBC's harris hawks.
Jon Stephens the director said: "We were expecting to see lots of rats and gulls, but had huge difficulties finding any to film... disappointing for the film crew, but a huge success for NBC Bird and Pest Solutions for managing the site so well.”
