Nick’s playing and coaching days at both rugby and cricket have made him a familiar face among Yorkshire sporting circles. This background has given him the understanding of the importance of hydration for concentration and performance, leading him into a business which is all about providing these benefits to local businesses, schools and domestic customers.
Having run his own management development company for the last 10 years, working all over Europe, Nick has realised that the secret to great service comes from developing a close relationship with clients, whether they be small local businesses or large multi-nationals. Nick’s intention is to bring that level of high quality service to the water cooler industry in and around West Yorkshire.
“Speaking to businesses around the area I have noticed that most of the water cooler providers are large, faceless national companies and consequently the service suffers as a result. My aim is to create a relationship with local businesses, which will allow me to be more responsive to their needs and provide a great service that suits them.”
“In the current financial climate I also think that it’s important that businesses are supportive of the local business community by doing trade locally and so strengthening the local economy. This however must be combined with sound business principles of good value for money. With this in mind I will be offering bespoke services, ensuring my customers get exactly what they need at an affordable price.”
“We are delighted to welcome Nick on board,” said Managing Director of Water Cooler World, Mike Webb.
“Our business is built around quality and service, and it is extremely important to us that we find the right people with drive and ambition to build a very rewarding and lucrative business around our brand.”
