Robin said that continuing to manage his own territory enables him to keep ahead of the competition by personally trying out and testing new techniques that if proven to be successful he can spread throughout his franchise network.
Robin says that being hands on he can "spot any problems a mile off and offer the remedy at a much earlier stage a great benefit to my franchisees".
