Demonstrating that there’s no approval like re-approval, Dream Doors Operations Director, Kelly Chambers, was delighted to win a second term as the bfa’s Southwest Regional Chairperson last December. Having successfully served the region for a full term already, she will now continue to work closely with the bfa, and all bfa members in the Southwest, including Provisional, Associate, Affiliate, and Full Members.

Says Chambers: “I’m thrilled to have been re-elected as the Southwest Regional Chairperson. The regional meetings are a great opportunity to network, meet new franchisors and get the right kind of advice from other industry experts. Attendees can also use the meetings as an opportunity to get some free legal advice.” She adds: “Attendance during 2009 was fantastic and the support of the franchisors in the region has helped make the meetings a real success.”

Pip Wilkins, the bfa’s Business Development Manager believes Chambers will bring continued value to both the bfa and Dream Doors, and is delighted at the reappointment: “It’s great that Kelly made the decision to stand again, as she worked extremely hard over last year to help support the region. I know she is highly thought of by bfa members and an asset to both the bfa membership, and Dream Doors.”
 
As Chairperson, Chambers will remain involved in planning key events such as the regional forums, and will also play an important role in some of the new social events, which the bfa has planned for 2010.

Adds Wilkins: “Kelly’s extensive experience working in events with the Dream Doors franchise is a real asset. This year we will be providing bfa members with exciting new networking opportunities that will be less formal than the regional forums. Kelly’s input is always valued in the continuous work we do to move the bfa in exciting new directions.”
