The results are based on a confidential, independent survey of Visiting Angels franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with the franchise system. Now in its eighth year, the Franchise Business Review survey is the only awards program to rank companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction.
"Visiting Angels has won six (6) straight franchisee satisfaction awards from Franchise Business Review, which speaks volumes about their commitment to supporting and communicating with franchisees," says Franchise Business Review president Michelle Rowan. "Our awards tell the true story of franchising—where are franchisees the most satisfied, and which brands offer the best opportunity for success."
Visiting Angels’ leaders attribute their franchise system’s success to providing franchisees with a proven business model, quality, continuing training, top notch sales, marketing and public relations tools along with solid corporate support to build a successful local business.
"We are constantly growing because we have systems in place that allow our owners to achieve their own success," says Larry Meigs, President and CEO of Visiting Angels. "We attract and retain owners who have the drive and passion to reach well beyond their initial ownership goals, and we provide a system that allows them to do that in a sector that’s bursting with growth."
The Franchise Business Review Franchisee Satisfaction Awards annually recognises franchisors with the highest overall franchisee satisfaction based on its survey of franchisees. The survey includes 33 benchmark questions relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business, lifestyle and other demographic characteristics.
"One of the best ways to know if a brand is really as good as it says is to look at a brand’s franchisee satisfaction data," says Rowan. "Not all brands survey their franchisees but those who do offer a wealth of information on a franchisor’s leadership, training and support, franchise model and financial outlook."
