The company, which delivers highly-personalised home care and companionship services from a steadily-growing number of locations across the UK, qualified for the award by receiving an outstanding result of 95% Overall Satisfaction from its UK franchisees, in the independent Smith & Henderson Franchise Benchmark Satisfaction Survey.
This was the highest score ever recorded in the awards’ £75k+ investment category.
This year has also seen Right at Home receive full British Franchise Association membership, and their Emerging Franchisor Award 2014, in growing recognition of the systems it uses to deliver a range of specialist care services for adults and seniors.
